downloading jmp 10

is anyone else having trouble downloading the jmp 10 software?

I had issues downloading JMP Fall 2011 semester. I had the wrong operating system (wouldn't work on the home edition of windows so had to purchase windows 7). The second issue was a setting that was incorrect, but not sure exactly what it was. Went to the IT help desk and they changed the settings so I could down load it.

Haven't tried to re-download for this class yet.

Just tried to redownload the JMP software and having issues again. The download page sits at 0% and does not move.

Was anyone able to download successfully?

yeah it took me about three days to finally download it. I dont believe that website, ehub or whatever it is called, to be of the highest quality. It took me two days just to get it to accept my order and then another couple days to download it. i would just let it go and sometimes it would speed up and other times it would lag but it eventually got done. All i can recommend is that you just keep pursuing it, not much help here, sorry.
